# CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE NEEDED; COLLECTIONS EXPERIENCE A PLUS

# Experience using Genesys or Loan Proa plus

# AT LEAST TWO (2) YEARS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, live chats, SMS, and emails
from potential and existing customers
● Clearly explain products and guide customers through the
application and funding process
● Conduct outbound follow-ups for customers who have stalled during the
application or e-sign process
● Provide support for loan servicing questions, payments, account updates, and
general inquiri

• Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent in Mircosoft Office 
• Strong organizational skills.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of 4 CXC’s including Math, and English
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Two (2) years experience working in the same capacity
