Shift:- 8AM-5PM - Monday - Friday, WEEKENDS OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What you will be doing:-
- Extremely compassionate
- Handle incoming calls
- Handle bill payments
- Collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Candidate must be able to multitask, display active listening skills. Resolve customers issues in a timely manner. Navigation – multiple systems and policies will be used, so agents should be tech-savvy.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
- Clear and Effective communication skills in English including active listening and conversational skills.
- Balanced in terms of delivering utmost quality customer experience and possessing good negotiation skills.
- Effective Organizational Skills
- Agents need to deescalate multiple calls in a row
- Ideal candidates should display patience and should be focused
- Strong empathy skills
- Be courteous and display soft skills when applicable
- Computer proficiency skills with a minimum 25 WPM typing speed
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 CXC subjects including English is required with a minimum of 6 months call center experience.
- No CXC a minimum of 6 months to 1 year Call Center experience is needed in Customer Service
- Candidate must be computer literate.
- Candidates must possess a Valid ID, TRN, and NIS.
- Candidate must be 18 years or older to be considered.
- Flexible to work any assigned Shift any day of the week including weekends and public holidays.
- HEART/NTA Customer Service Certificate is accepted.
- Problem solving skills- ability to access and research multiple sources of data.
