On behalf of our client, a small but growing Courier company in Falmouth. We are seeking a professional, customer-oriented Customer Service Agent to join their team and play a key role in delivering excellent service to clients.
Role Overview
The Customer Service Agent will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring inquiries and requests are handled promptly, accurately, and with professionalism. This position requires a strong communicator with a passion for service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide courteous and efficient support to customers in person and over the phone
Process shipments, pickups, and delivery requests accurately
Handle package tracking, complaints, and inquiries in a timely manner
Maintain accurate records and update customer details in the system
Assist with daily branch operations and administrative tasks
Promote the company’s services by ensuring a positive customer experience
Requirements
Must live in Falmouth or within close proximity
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (courier or logistics industry is an asset)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email, basic systems)
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
