Customer Service

Purpose of the Role

 Serve as a first point of contact and deliver client solutions, providing relevant responses to inbound inquiries from clients regarding services, and handle issues which may arise from time to time.

 Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with product and service information and handle queries,
  • Maintain client information in system database,
  • Research required information using available resources,
  • Manage and resolve client complaints,
  • Identify and escalate priority issues,

 Key Competences

 Good oral and written communication skills,

  • Active listener with a team and client service orientation,
  • Strong persuasion and negotiating skills,
  • Good problem-solving skills, with an eye for details,
  • Solutions oriented.

 Minimum Education & Experience

 5 CSEC subjects at the general level including English Language & Mathematics,

  • At least one year’s working experience in a service oriented environment,
