We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented Customer Service Agent to be a part of its team in Kingston.

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT  

GODDARD CATERING GROUP (JAMAICA) LIMITED, a subsidiary of Goddard Enterprises Limited, a leading regional conglomerate with headquarters in Barbados, is seeking a dynamic and result oriented Customer Service Agent to be a part of its team in Kingston.

The Position:

The Customer Service Agent will report to the Operations Supervisor. 

APPLICANTS SHOULD POSSESS THE FOLLOWING: -

• A Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications and analytical skills.
• The ability to work flexible hours – public holidays and weekends.
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• A strong sense of loyalty, honesty and integrity.
• Excellent team player.
• Computer literacy.

Knowledge of the Food Service Industry will be an asset.

• Ability to deal with difficult situations tactfully and diplomatically;
• A smart and professional appearance.

Special Requirements

• General driver’s license (minimum weight 4,000 kgs. or 8,000 lbs).
• Perform physical activities such as, but not limited to, lifting up to 55lbs unassisted.
• Bend, stand, climb or walk on a consistent basis.
• Work in extreme weather conditions, such as, rain and sun.
• Work in freezers set at -18° C/0° F or below.
