The general purpose of this position is to record absenteeism of security officers, ensure that all locations are covered and all alerts are satisfactorily monitored.

The Role

The general purpose of this position is to provide customer experience support with concentrated emphasis on AVL Product & Services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Contact Offline AVL Customers and propose a Schedule               
  • Create proposals for Group Sales            
  • Upload contract/documents to MicroKey            
  • Process AVL Clients (-Proposal and Scheduling)  
  • Schedule each AVL Technicians 5 W/O minimum per day                           
  • Communicate pre-schedules (weekends/Exceptions) to Technicians and Supervisors and arrange for travelling and subsistence
  • Push confirmed schedules to Technician's Tablet
  • Prepare weekly Project, 2G and Offline   Reports
  • Update clients on completed and incompleted jobs
  • Communicate all incidents and unusual occurrences      
  • Manage and maintain daily float
  • Review work orders for billing process
  • Daily collection of cash                                            
  • Performs any other related duty assigned.

A Little Bit About You

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word , Outlook etc.)
  • Highly customer service oriented
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Database management skills
  • Ability to work in a team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration
  • Certificate in Customer Service and or Supervisory Management
  • Minimum of 5 CSEC subjects inclusive of Math & English
  • Strong knowledge of Databases would be an asset
  • Two (2) years’ working experience in similar field
