Customer Care Associate

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office Only)
Salary Range: JMD $100,000 – $150,000 per month

Position Overview

We are looking for disciplined, high-performing Customer Care Associates to join the team. This is a demanding, fast-paced role where you must be detail-oriented, self-managed, and able to problem-solve in real-time. If you have prior call center experience, we expect that you have learned — not just worked — in customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, accurate, and professional manner

  • Troubleshoot issues related to bookings, platform errors, or inspection results

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer pain points

  • Maintain performance metrics (speed, quality, accuracy) and SLAs

  • Provide white-glove customer service and support for end-users


Requirements

  • 2+ consecutive years of proven customer service or BPO experience

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Must be punctualreliable, and willing to work a fixed shift

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

  • Ability to work on-site in Kingston and commit to full-time hours

  • Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent preferred

  • Applicants looking for a “relaxed” environment or using the role as a temporary placeholder

  • Individuals unable to commit to consistent attendance and high performance

  • Candidates who require frequent time off or struggle with personal obligations during work hours

  • Candidates with poor communication or low motivation

Schedule

  • AWOS operates Monday - Sunday. All associates must be willing to work any 5 days within this period, which may include weekends.

  • 8-hour shifts with assigned lunch break
