Salary Range: JMD $100,000 – $150,000 per month

We are looking for disciplined, high-performing Customer Care Associates to join the team. This is a demanding, fast-paced role where you must be detail-oriented, self-managed, and able to problem-solve in real-time. If you have prior call center experience, we expect that you have learned — not just worked — in customer service.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
Troubleshoot issues related to bookings, platform errors, or inspection results
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer pain points
Maintain performance metrics (speed, quality, accuracy) and SLAs
Provide white-glove customer service and support for end-users
2+ consecutive years of proven customer service or BPO experience
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to work a fixed shift
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Ability to work on-site in Kingston and commit to full-time hours
Minimum Associate Degree or equivalent preferred

AWOS operates Monday - Sunday. All associates must be willing to work any 5 days within this period, which may include weekends.
8-hour shifts with assigned lunch break
