Position Overview

Reporting to the Team Leader of Customer Care, the Customer Care Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound international customer requests via telephone, email, and chat (messaging). They ensure each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator—patient, focused, and committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and resolving issues effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.

  • Maintain clear and accurate customer records in the system.

  • Collaborate with teammates and departments to solve more complex issues.

  • Stay up to date on product updates and company policies.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, quality, and response time.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service or a call center, especially in retail, is a plus.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening abilities.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

  • Comfort using computers and navigating call center software.
