Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Custodian to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across our facility. This position requires someone who is physically capable, able to work flexible hours between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and available for emergency call-ins. Experience working in fast-paced environments is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash 
removal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
• Maintain floors, carpets, and other surfaces as needed
• Respond quickly to spills or other cleaning emergencies
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for events or meetings as needed
• Follow all health and safety regulations and facility procedures

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in custodial or janitorial work, preferably in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including potential emergency 
call-ins
• Physically able to bend, stoop, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Must be authorized to work in [country/location]

Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma 
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Basic understanding of safety procedures
