This position is responsible for providing administrative support to Underwriters and Business Development Officers

Position Description: TEMPORARY Credit Administration Officer
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Follows for and Compile all Compliance and loan support documents.
Provides support for Business Developers and Underwriters on new and
current customers.
Attends customer meetings and complete site visit reports.
Responsible for conducting research on borrowers and industries.
Portfolio Management including but not limited to follow for payments on loan
portfolio, issuing delinquency notices etc.
Manages and handle disbursement processing functions on a day-to-day
basis for various products and follow for payment.
Perfects security on loan portfolio
Follows for payment on loan portfolio
Prepares and follow for all loan related documents eg: audit statements, credit
reports etc.
Updates and maintain databases with new client information.
Enrolls clients onto the CRM platform
May be required to perform any other related duties.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or any other related field and
relevant experience in a credit or finance environment.

Excellent internal and external customer relations skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Competent in Microsoft Excel and Word
