Objectives and Purpose of the Job:
The Creative & Communications Graduate Intern will support the Creative & Communications Unit with a primary focus on Production Coordination for internal and external creative deliverables. This role is designed for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, agency-style environment and is comfortable operating behind the scenes to ensure projects move from request to completion on time, on brief, and with strong operational control.
The intern will assist with the coordination of production schedules, timelines, approvals, stakeholder communication, and documentation across commercial productions, internal videos, content shoots, and creative deliverables for Seprod Group’s brands.
Note: While the intern will be exposed to creative development and brand communications, this is not a “creative lead” or “content creator” role. Success in this position is measured by planning, coordination, execution, and follow-through.

● Track deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
● Support vendor coordination (production houses, freelancers, talent, printers, media partners) including communication, confirmations, and documentation.
● Maintain accurate project records (briefs, shot lists, timelines, feedback logs, approvals, final exports, file locations).
● Assist with on-site production support where required (set readiness, timekeeping, team coordination, logistics).
2) Project & Workflow Administration
● Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and action item tracking.
● Support day-to-day workflow coordination across the Creative & Communications team to ensure tasks are moving and owners are clear.
● Assist in compiling and preparing status updates, production recaps, and weekly progress reporting.

● Support creative execution through basic tasks such as:
○ Coordinating creative requests and routing them correctly
○ Assisting with copy edits, content scheduling, and asset coordination
○ Supporting campaign rollouts and communications timelines
4) Agency-Life Exposure & Professional Development
● Participate in fast-paced project cycles with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
● Learn production and campaign workflows from briefing to delivery.
● Engage in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, brand teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
5) Compliance & Professional Standards
● Observe and adhere to company safety standards.
● Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information, creative work, and internal communications.
● Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Creative Operations Lead / Creative & Communications Manager.
