The Courier will be responsible for completing daily delivery and administrative tasks, including banking transactions, document deliveries, and payment of utility bills. The successful candidate will ensure all assigned duties are performed efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieves parcels, documents, and packages from clients or company facilities.
• Delivers documents and packages from clients or company facilities as directed.
• Ensures secure and prompt delivery to designated recipients.
• As needed, purchases, or collects lunch for the CEO and other Company Managers.
• Adapts to traffic patterns and unforeseen delays to maintain schedules.
• Determines optimal routes to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
• Interacts professionally with clients and recipients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Obtains necessary signatures and documentation upon delivery.
• Maintains accurate logs of deliveries and pickups.
• Handles payments or fees associated with deliveries, ensuring proper documentation.
• Handles tasks across banks and utility agencies as needed.
• Completes additional errands or deliveries as required.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum of five (5) Ordinary Level subjects, inclusive of Maths and English
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a Courier or in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Physical capability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
