📍 Location: Portmore, Jamaica (On-site, 5 days/week)
🕒 Experience Level: Director+ | 10+ Years in Contact Centre Ops
Are you a proven BPO leader with a passion for operational excellence and accountability? We're looking for a reliable, results-driven Country Manager to lead our Jamaican operations and drive performance across service delivery.
What You'll Own:

✅ Full responsibility for service delivery operations
✅ Oversight of country-wide performance and governance
✅ Building and maintaining strong client relationships
✅ Inspiring teams and cultivating a positive, high-performance culture
What You Bring:

🌟 10+ years in contact centre operations at a senior level
🌟 Experience across multiple industries
🌟 Strong client-facing skills and leadership presence
🌟 Solid analytics acumen and team management experience
🌟 A passion for problem-solving and team building

📌 Must be in Jamaica and available to work on-site 5 days/week – no exceptions.
