This role is responsible for expanding market share, strengthening agent networks, and ensuring the company’s operations align with local regulations and corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of JN Money Services’ strategic plans within the Cayman Islands.
Drive sustainable growth and profitability by expanding JNMS (Cayman) Ltd’s market share and agent network.
Develop and implement innovative business initiatives to attract new customers and enhance revenue streams.
Ensure full compliance with operational standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide effective leadership, direction, and support to staff and functional units to achieve organizational goals.
Champion continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer experience.
Prepare and present timely management and performance reports.
Maintain strong communication and stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Business Administration or a related discipline.
Proven experience leading teams in a customer-focused or service-driven environment.
Experience in the global remittance or financial services sector would be an asset.
Familiarity with Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) regulations is advantageous, though not required.
Eligibility to work in the Cayman Islands.
