Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Insurance and Pension Revenue team in the capacity of:

Corporate Wellness Driver

**Must have flexibility to travel and adapt to various client environments and ability to work outside of normal working hours, weekends, and holidays. **

Workspace Location: Island-Wide (as needed)

As a Corporate Wellness Driver, you will:

• Safely transport the corporate wellness teams and their equipment to designated client locations across the island.
• Follow the prescribed schedules to ensure the team’s timely arrival at each location.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and promptly report any issues found.
• Assist with loading and unloading of equipment and supplies for each visit.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations during transportation.
• Communicate effectively with the wellness officer/ head nurse to co-ordinate schedules and address any transportation-related issues.
• Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.

What do you need?

• Valid Driver’s License to operate large motor buses.
• Proven experience as a safe and responsible driver for a minimum of five years.
• CPR Certification is desired but not required to start.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Familiarity with island-wide roads and transportation routes.
• Ability to adhere to schedules and timelines.
• Physical ability to load and unload equipment.
• Ability to use basic digital tools to capture and report data.
• Working knowledge of computer software packages particularly spreadsheet software and word processing software.
