JOB OVERVIEW:
The Corporate Services Assistant – Motor Vehicles provides prompt, efficient and courteous service with respect to the Job Responsibilities listed below.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Motor Vehicles:
• Assist with support services for the repairs and maintenance of Company Vehicles for the entire Group.
• Assist with clerical and administrative support, which includes, but is not limited to Motor Vehicles Payment of Invoices and balancing of accounts.
• To assist with support services for the Sale/Settling of Insurance Claims/ Transfers/Inspections re Company Vehicles for the entire group.
• To assist with support services for the Lease/Demo’s/Purchase of Company Vehicles for the entire Group.
• To assist with the preparation of journals as requested, validation of the Petro Mart invoices on a monthly basis.
• To assist with transport request from executives/managers.
• Assist with the updating and maintenance of the Manage Engine System information on a daily basis.
• To input requests into the Corporate Services Helpdesk software, relay tasks to the respective teams and follow up assignments and update Helpdesk accordingly.
• To perform any other job related duties as assigned by the Team Leaders - Corporate Services.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 5 CXC/ CSEC Passes including English Language and Mathematics.
• 2 A’ Level/ CAPE passes.
• At least 5 years’ experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
• At least 1 year experience as a Clerical/Administrative Assistant.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
As a regulated entity with obligations under the Know Your Employee guidelines, a Certificate of Character is required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
The Corporate Services Assistant – Motor Vehicles must be pleasant and have a neat appearance. He / She must have a good command of the English Language and should be able to interact effectively with members of staff and the public. The incumbent must be able to work efficiently in a stressful environment with flexible/extended hours. He/ She must have a strong sense of responsibility, follow-up and be able to function well under stress.
