We are seeking to recruit an Associate with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in corporate services or a related field.

We are seeking to recruit an Associate with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience in corporate services or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage a portfolio of corporate clients
  • Prepare and maintain corporate records and documentation
  • Assist with company incorporations and structural changes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
  • Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders
  • Support senior team members with day-to-day operations

 

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate services or within compliance work
  • A bachelor’s degree or any relevant certification or experience
  • Relevant professional qualifications or progress toward such qualifications will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of virtual meeting applications such as Zoom, and Microsoft Teams
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent command of written English with copy accuracy and proofreading skills
    • Supportive team player but ability to work independently.
    • A growth mindset

Familiarity with BLISS system will be a significant asset but not mandatory
