AC Hotel is actively seeking to hire a Corporate Sales Specialist to manage all aspects of soliciting, contracting, hosting, and follow-up of the corporate client business to ensure
maximum revenue and guest’ satisfaction.

Core Job Functions:
Attendance and active participation are required in the following:
- Works with team members and clients to ensure timely communication to all stakeholders.
- Works with direct report to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the area led by the Sales Coordinator.
- Set example through professional, friendly attitude towards clients and co-workers, timely response to clients and co-workers needs and observance of sales office standard.
- Ensure budgeted goals are met or exceeded.
- Utilize company profile database to determine and maintain corporate accounts.
- Jointly plan and organize corporate client month and appreciation rates and events for slow periods.
- Creating a focus on attracting new business.
- Updating and owning the corporate group sales strategy & sales plan with the Director of Sales
- Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Maintain and expand corporate incentive program via direct mail, personal visits etc.
- Assist in ensuring the updating of rates, promotions on hotel website, OTA's (Online travel agents),GDS etc. without any rate parity.
- Follow and promote hotel standards with guests, co-workers.
- Executes and supports the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
- Ability to network with many levels of customer contacts and in different formats, receptions, trade shows, golf, educational seminars, etc.
- Ability to host events and client entertainment opportunities.
- Ability to host presentations, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Preparing of internal profit and loss statements prior to quoting clients.
Experience & Education Requirements:
- High degree of commercial awareness and be able to understand links between sales and profit with excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Good business sense and the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ sales experience or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to be part of the team to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, with a commitment to excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage market segment to produce great results.
- Proven record of savvy business judgment along with the mental agility and flexibility required in a dynamic company.
- Demonstrated strong business acumen.

- Proven senior sales responsibility within a high-profile, well respected brand.
Special Conditions associated with the role:
- You are required to work five (5) days of the week, forty (40) hours per week.
- You may also be required to work additional days for the proper performance of your duties including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays (days and nights).
