We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality, healthy meals and effectively maintaining kitchen operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare healthy, balanced, and creative menus.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times.

  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe lunchroom and kitchen environment.

  • Manage kitchen inventory and food supplies.

  • Prepare a detailed list of items for purchase and assist with ordering stock.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

  • Food Handler's Permit (valid and up to date).

  • Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Food Preparation or Diploma in Food Preparation.

  • Proven experience in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy food preparation.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
