We are seeking a skilled, passionate, and experienced Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality, healthy meals and effectively maintaining kitchen operations.
Design and prepare healthy, balanced, and creative menus.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times.
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe lunchroom and kitchen environment.
Manage kitchen inventory and food supplies.
Prepare a detailed list of items for purchase and assist with ordering stock.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Food Handler's Permit (valid and up to date).
Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Food Preparation or Diploma in Food Preparation.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of nutrition and healthy food preparation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations.
