The incumbent is responsible for providing effective administrative, and audit review support to the office.

Objective

The incumbent is responsible for providing effective administrative, and audit review support to the office of the Technical Operations Manager/Human Resources/Procurements soley related to Third Party Contractors.

 

Main Responsibilities include:   

Administrative and Clerical

  • Writing letters, report, minutes etc., as requested.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient system of storage and retrieval of documents.
  • Assist with telephone queries, messages etc.
  • Receive and respond to correspondence promptly

Monthly Operations Report

  • Request and report monthly findings from contractor review.
  • Ensure that reports from other third-party contractors received on time.
  • Compile reports and track compliance.
  • Collate and dispatch report for monthly follow ups.

 

Make Appointments, Arrange Meetings with Internal and External People

  • Arrange, plan and coordinate appointments and meetings where necessary.
    • Arrange refreshments and ensure accommodation is adequate for meeting.
    • Prepare minutes, reports and other documents for meetings/appointments.

 

Required Education/Expertise/Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Excellent interactive skills.
  • Adherence to deadlines and targets.
  • High quality work.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Planning and organizing skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

 

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 year experience in the Internal Auditing field.
  • Tax Related Knowledge. 
  • Awareness of local government policies.
