Construction Budget and Certification Specialist

Coordinate, prepare, and monitor the price comparison preparation with suppliers (installers, construction companies, and subcontractors in general)

• Analyze basic and execution projects.
• Coordinate and supervise the management of suppliers with their product and service information according to operational categories (installers, construction companies, and subcontractors).
• Coordinate, prepare, and monitor the review of measurements, certifications, and production levels of ongoing works according to the technical documentation for calculating unit prices and monitoring agreements with suppliers (installers, construction companies, and subcontractors).
• Coordinate, execute, and follow up with the Technical Office and the project management team for monitoring visits of measurements and certifications according to the technical project, to identify potential deviations and make decisions.
• Coordinate, prepare, and monitor the project inventory (development of technical proposals and supervision of ongoing work), for properties, facilities, and equipment.
