Guardian Life Limited is seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individual to join our Pension Administration team as Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring our pension portfolio remains compliant with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
Assist in preparing and amending Booklets of Rules, Trust Deeds, and other compliance-related documents.
Prepare contracts for group pension plans and ensure proper sealing, stamping, and dispatch.
Compile legal and regulatory documents for submission to statutory bodies such as the Financial Services Services (FSC) and Tax Administration Jamaica (TAJ).
Prepare compliance reports for internal and external use.
Ensure timely communication of regulatory updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records and an up-to-date filing system
