As our Communications Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all internal and external communication strategies, digital marketing initiatives, public relations, brand visibility, and product catalogue management.

Carlisa Enterprises Ltd., a leader in the distribution of air conditioning units, water pumps, generators, fans, water heaters, and spare parts, is seeking a Communications Officer to lead  its communications and marketing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies across all media.
  • Manage content across digital platforms, including the company website, social media, and e-commerce platform.
  • Research market trends and competitor insights to inform promotional strategies.
  • Oversee the creative development of advertisements, campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Manage media relations, write press releases, and organize events such as exhibitions and press conferences.
  • Maintain and update the company’s master product catalogue across departments.
  • Provide engaging training on new product offerings to Sales, Warehouse, and Aftersales teams.
  • Monitor brand performance and generate monthly reports and communication KPIs.
  • Lead a small communications team and manage external vendors and service providers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in communications, marketing, or public relations.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, product communications, and campaign execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools, and content management systems.
  • Strong writing, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in training or product onboarding is a plus.
