Responsible for acquiring and retaining client contracts, implementing marketing and growth strategies, and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients.

Objective:

Responsible for acquiring and retaining client contracts, implementing marketing and growth strategies, and maintaining relationships with current and prospective clients. Provide industry-specific guidance for three product lines and assess competitive offerings.

 

Main Responsibilities include: 

  • Execute sales strategies to grow market share within the industrial segment.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with industrial clients (eg new contractors, builders developers.
  • Manage, retain and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with pricing policies, credit terms, and company standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales initiatives, forecasts, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Trains with sales, QC, and operation personnel to become knowledgeable regarding technical updates and industry standards.
  • Establishes strategic relationships with customers while effectively represent the company's best interest.
  • Assist with market and pricing intelligence.
  • Support on-site trial mixes at customer locations to ensure the quality and suitability of concrete products.

 

 Required Education / Expertise / Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or any Engineering related degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Outlook, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer Literacy
  • Numerical ability
  • Data analysis
  • Must own a vehicle
  • Schedule flexibility

  

Required Experience:

•           At least 2 years’ experience in construction/manufacturing industry and/or business-to-business (B2B).
