To ensure efficiency of Produce operations inclusive of Procurement, Warehousing, and delivery processes.
Key Duties and Responsibilites
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth in the Food Service and Produce Lines of Business .
- Negotiate terms, prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and availability of products.
- Build and nurture relationships with key food service customers including restaurants.
- Maintain relationships with key suppliers and ensure that quality standards and delivery timelines are always met.
- Manage existing customer accounts and maintain strong relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the customer base.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Manage and develop the sales team to achieve financial and non-financial targets.
Education and Qualifications
- First Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
- Master’s Degree would be an asset.
- 7-10 years’ experience in marketing and/or sales, or experience working in a similar role. within the distribution or supplier community.
- Valid Driver’s Permit
- Certificate of Character (Receipt will be accepted)

- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
