QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leadership or management roles

• Proven experience designing and executing integrated marketing and sales strategies

• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and external partners

• Track record of successful product launches, sales growth, and brand building

• Proficiency in CRM software, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
