English and Bilingual (Spanish) Collections and Customer Service agents Portmore and Montego Bay 

Position Summary

A BPO operating in Portmore and Montego Bay is looking for English and Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service and Collections agents for both locations.

Responsibilities

· Contact customers with overdue accounts to secure payment.

· Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements when necessary.

· Maintain detailed records of collection activities.

· Monitor accounts to prevent future delinquencies.

· Apply payments to customers’ accounts promptly

Requirements

· Minimum 5 CSEC subjects including Accounting, Mathematics, English A

· At least 2 years’ experience doing collections

· Proficient in the use of Accounting Software

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel)

· Experience in developing and enacting debt recovery plans and strategies
