About the Role

As Collections Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership and strategic direction to a team of Collections Officers. You will set clear performance standards, coach for excellence, and ensure that departmental targets, portfolio benchmarks, and reporting deadlines are consistently achieved.

You will play a key role in strengthening the collections function to support both current performance goals and future organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate the Collections Team to achieve high performance
• Drive a cohesive, focused, and target-oriented team culture
• Monitor individual and team portfolios to ensure benchmarks are met or exceeded
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly performance reports
• Conduct strategic research to improve collections effectiveness
• Implement best-practice collections strategies and processes
• Support the ongoing development and expansion of the Collections Department

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in collections, with at least one (1) year at a supervisory level
