Your Role as a Technical Support Specialist
Provide empathetic, solution-focused support for customers who missed a
payment.Listen first, then guide customers to the best payment options available
Maintain professionalism, even in tough conversations
Build trust and rapport while meeting quality and productivity standards
Adapt quickly to changes and collaborate with your team
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work on site at our Montego Bay Location – 1 Mangrove Way, Freeport
Strong listening, empathy, and communication skills
A positive, team-player mindset with problem-solving ability
Willingness to learn, grow, and support customers with care
18+ with valid ID, NIS, and TRN.
