Blewstream is hiring Collections Specialists to join our team, this role is responsible for managing the collections process, ensuring timely receipt of payments and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Debt Recovery: Contact customers to collect outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans
- Account Monitoring: Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments and take appropriate action
- Customer Communication: Communicate with customers via phone, email, or mail to resolve payment issues
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer interactions
- Compliance: Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
Requirements:
- An associate’s degree in finance and/or accounting (bachelor’s degree or ACCA Level 1 is often preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, advanced computer proficiency, and proven experience in a target-driven environment
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service, telesales, collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial role
- Highly articulate with excellent communication skills
- Resilience to deal with hard customers
- Proficient in Excel
- Exhibits exceptional self-discipline in remote work settings, consistently achieving established targets
- Legal authorization to work in Trinidad and Tobago
- Available to work from 2pm – 11pm Thursday through Monday
- Available to train in office from 11am – 7:30 pm for the first month
