Customer Service & Soft Collections Associates
Our Requirements:
- 3 and more CXC's(including Math and English) and CAPE Subjects
- Recent Graduate of High School, HEART TRUST Institute or College
- 2 and more years experience in Customer Service or 2 years experience in Collections or Sales within the B.P.O. Sector for each company.

- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written presentation, and communication skills
- Flexible to work any day of the week, including on weekends and public holidays up to 10.00pm
