Responsibilities
· Order client medical Bills & Records through multiple vendor portals.
· Follow up on client medical Bills & Records through multiple vendor portals.
· Track progress on existing medical bills & records orders through our client relationship management platform, Filevine or Litify, and take follow-up action as needed.
· Contact service providers by phone and email to troubleshoot issues with medical Bills & Records requests if any issues completing the request.
· Work with Case Manager team to get signed and completed forms from clients - use of email and client relationship management platform.
· Upload documents into vendor portal and back into the Case Management software.
· Close out requests in a timely manner.
· Response to requests and tasks promptly.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
· 2+ Years of bill collections or similar outbound dialing experience
· Must be comfortable overcoming objections and pushing back on vendor communications
· Must be comfortable adapting to rapidly shifting goals and willing to 'roll up your sleeves' to solve various challenges.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work quickly and efficiently to complete multiple requests.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment.
· Proficiency with technology, including computers, software applications, and phone systems.
· Willing to escalate issues quickly.
