1.Cloud Business Development Manager (Onsite)
The Cloud Business Development Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, driving our cloud services' market growth and expansion. This individual will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of our market analysis, sales strategy, and operational efforts across designated industries and geographical regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technology, a deep understanding of market dynamics, and an ability to forge and sustain strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Take the lead in conducting comprehensive market analysis and planning activities for assigned industries and regions, ensuring a deep understanding of market size, competition, and growth opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for specific industries or regions, tailoring approaches to meet unique market demands and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Market Operations Management: Manage regional division-level market operations, including responsibility for North America (NA) and overseeing multiple representative office-level NAs within general market size industries or regions. Serve as the primary point of contact and project lead for representative office-level initiatives.
  • Partner Ecosystem Development: Play a crucial role in building and maintaining a robust partner ecosystem tailored to industry, customer, and regional needs, enhancing our market reach and service delivery capabilities.
  • Brand Activity Planning and Organization: In collaboration with the marketing team, plan and organize representative office-level brand activities designed to support and meet order booking targets and increase brand visibility and engagement in targeted markets.
Position Requirments/ Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field within the cloud technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market analysis and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent project management skills, capable of leading multiple projects across different regions and industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with the ability to plan and execute brand-building activities that align with business objectives.
  • Advanced skills and knowledge in the field of cloud technology, HCIP certified will be a plus
2.RF Engineer (Onsite)
Job Responsibilities 

1. Improve and optimize network experience, including OSS and drive test KPI
2. Responsible for the wireless network optimization project delivery, rollout site verification and output report:
- GSM, UMTS, LTE Radio Network planning (site design, audit, simulation, link budget, cell planning, parameter design, site survey, model tuning, etc)
- GSM, UMTS, LTE Radio Network optimization (Drive test, site RF tuning and performance & parameter optimization, site delivery, trouble shooting, etc)- Optimizes new and existing network elements, links budget analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity, initial system design and dimensioning, site identification and evaluation and zones analysis.
- Customer technical communication and internal organization, project management and be able to independently communicate with customers about network performance and handle VIP issues

Qualification and Requirements

1. Have understanding of GSM, UMTS, and LTE radio network knowledge, be able to comprehensively improve network performance, including network rate, accessibility, and retainability
2. English to be used as the working language,
3. willingness for overtime work and cross-country business trips
4. At least 3 years of project delivery experience in the mobile network domain (e.g. FTTX, GSM, UMTS or CDMA Project)

3.Technical Sales Engineer/ Enterprise Product Manager (Onsite) 

Job Description

Develop business and build relationships with junior- and medium-level customers, understand and match customer requirements,
Developing viable and economically sustainable new and existing PV projects.
Act as the project solution core members of the organization or the overall technical lead of the local office design team
Conducting site feasibility studies if necessary, analyzing data from customers to determine potential solar savings as necessary.
Completion of PV product solution design, bidding and quotation, tracking leads and opportunity, participate in Project strategy development, achieve project success
Participate in partner development, and have a basic understanding of market insights and contract transaction clauses.
Working Experience background Basic:

≥3 year experiences related with Digital Power solutions and products.
Have project management and customer service management experience.
Have travel experience. Willing to travel into different city and/or countries
Has PV solar experience and will be preferred

4.Fixed Network Engineer (Onsite) 
Job Responsibilities
IP Network Engineer (also known as Fixed broadband FBB engineer)-Onsite   

1. Analyze and understanding the current carrier IP network
2. Implement the solution of carrier IP network, include commissioning, acceptance test and service migration etc.
3. Maintain the carrier IP network, recover the network and make trouble-shooting if network issue happens.
4. Report the technical weekly topics of the project in time, manage the project identified risks and issues.
5. Comply all the process and rules of company and project team
6. Job Responsibility is not exclusive and may be required to carry out other job-related activities as assigned
Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
2. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in fixed broadband network engineering, including fiber networks, DSL, and cable technologies.
3. Proficiency in network planning, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
4. Familiarity with industry-leading equipment, routing and switching protocols, network management systems, and monitoring tools.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex network issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
7. Willingness to travel frequently to Caribbean islands, adapting to diverse cultural environments and building strong relationships with local teams.
8. Flexibility to work in fast-paced project-based environments and manage multiple priorities.
