Position: Client Success & Sales Operations Manager 

Department: Business Development and Culture

Reports to: Senior Manager, Business Development & Strategic Engagement

Job Summary

The Client Success & Sales Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing account operations, customer success tracking, sales operations, and various strategic initiatives to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The Client Success & Sales Operations Manager has responsibilities for driving sales growth, optimizing operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities and Duties

+        Account operations and customer success tracking.

+        Pipeline management, target tracking and reporting.

+        Data Analytics & Insights - the continuum Diagnostic, Predictive, prescriptive analytics, price analysis, win loss analysis, product, or services analysis)

+        Market research (country, regulation, industry, seasons condition insights)

+        Sales artefact management to include support artifacts for each line of Business and for each industry.

+        Proposal development process monitoring Proposal development– ingest, assimilation position customer facing artefacts to support the sales instrument.

+        Customer Document management (Teams & Salesforce) – Sales & Delivery

+        Testimonials & Case studies

+        Bid management.

+        Contracts & legal

+        Sales automation & Process improvement execution

+        Partner management optimisation tracking

Requirements

+        Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

+        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

+        Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.

+        Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

+        Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyse information from diverse sources.

+        Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

+        Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

+        Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM systems.

+        Work and act in accordance with Symptai core values of candour, curiosity, and integrity.

Qualifications and Experience

+        BSc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

+        At least 3 years’ experience in sales operations, client success management, or related roles.

+        Experience working with Senior and C-Suite Executives.
