Applications are invited from qualified persons for the position of Client Relationship Officer in the Pensions Administration Department.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, review, and amend pension-related legal documents including Trust Deeds, Booklets of Rules, Agreements, and Contracts in compliance with the Pensions Act, FSC, TAJ, and other regulatory requirements, ensuring timely submission and approval.
  • Coordinate statutory and regulatory compliance activities, including dispatching reminders,submitting approvals, following up with the Stamp Commissioner, and maintaining up-to-date trustee records and documentation.
  • Support client and trustee engagement by scheduling annual trustee meetings, monitoring compliance requirements (e.g., fit and proper, police reports), assisting with training materials, and preparing presentations for seminars and member meetings.
  • Manage client reporting and documentation, including preparation of quarterly reports, maintaining tracking sheets, logging correspondence, and ensuring accurate filing, scanning, and verification of pension-related documents.
  • Provide ongoing client relationship support by responding to queries, liaising with trustees and external partners, maintaining positive client relationships, and supplying statistical and compliance data for internal reporting.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

                                                                                                                

  • A first degree in Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • At least two (2) years’ experience in an equivalent position in a Health insurance or Marketing environment.
  • HIA designation would be an advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of the health products and services offered in the competitive market.
  • Thorough knowledge of Beneficiary entitlements and the Pensions Act and Regulations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
