Sagicor Life Jamaica Limited is seeking a suitable candidate to join our Insurance Operation Services - Client Data Management team in the capacity of: 

 

Client Relationship Assistant (Contract) (Grade 2) 

 

Provide clerical assistance within the Government Administration unit.

 

Process member data received for the various accounts under the Government Portfolio (GEASO & GPASO) which includes, monthly membership reconciliation and pulling/filing of enrolment cards.

 

Assist with the preparation and dispatching of correspondence & health cards in a timely basis.

 

Location: Kingston

 

As a Client Relationship Assistant, you will:

 

  • Perform routine membership reconciliation with member data received from group listings to identify and process additions, cancellations, plan transfers and reinstatements.
  • Assist with batch processing of enrolments, reinstatements, terminations and plan transfers.
  • Assist with daily adjustments.
  • Sort and file enrolment cards, correspondence, payment listings.
  • Prepare correspondence notices, request health cards and dispatch to the relevant Field Services Officer (FSO) and bearers.
  • Prepare monthly report for submission to immediate supervisor as requested.
  • Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.

 

 

What do you need?

 

  • A minimum of six (6) CXC general proficiency subjects including Mathematics and a numeric subject. 
  • One (1) year experience in the Life Insurance Industry.
  • AHIP (Parts 1 & 2) would be considered an asset.
  • Sound knowledge of computer software packages such as word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Sound time management, human relations, and communication (oral/written) skills.
  • Keen attention to details.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills.
