CLIENT EXPERIENCE MANAGER

 Mount Gay Distilleries Limited, the oldest rum producer in the world, is seeking to recruit a Client Experience Manager. 

Operating in a challenging and dynamic environment with a growth mindset, the Client Experience Manager will be based in Barbados and will be required to:

• Manage the Client Experience team in order to deliver seamless day-to-day operations of tours, bars, the restaurant and gift shop.
• Be responsible for delivering a premium, client focused experience for all visitors.
• Manage the Profit & Loss of the department, including tracking operations expense budgets.
• Manage special events and tours for local and international clientele.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Partner with the Global Brand Team to develop brand educational tools, including playbooks and training, visits, experiences and scripts.
• Maximize social media and digital engagement from visitors to broaden Mount Gay’s overall digital visibility and awareness.

The ideal candidate must have a Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Management or a related area with at least eight years’ relevant experience.

The Client Experience Manager must be customer centric, with strong people skills, results driven, analytical and possess excellent organization and leadership skills. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and act as a strong ambassador for the Mount Gay brand.
