The Client Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional client service through timely communication, efficient booking coordination, and accurate administrative support.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to client email requests promptly and professionally, adhering to a 20-minute service level agreement (SLA).
  • Liaise with clients via phone to address queries related to bookings and services.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service in all client interactions.
  • Schedule and manage bookings using the company’s logistics software system.
  • Follow up on outstanding booking requests to ensure timely processing and completion.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless execution of client bookings.
  • Ensure all client communications, requests, bookings, and interactions are accurately recorded, kept up to date, and consistently tracked using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Support general administrative functions to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary-level training in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) .
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well with others and create positive internal and external partnerships.
  • Ability to stay calm in busy and stressful situations.
  • A positive and upbeat attitude.
