Full-Time Claims Entry Specialist Opportunities – Montego Bay, Jamaica

Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment? Cosán Connect is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team as Claims Entry Specialists. In this key role, you’ll contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our healthcare operations through high-volume data entry that directly impacts patient care and provider success.

As a Claims Entry Specialist, you’ll play a critical part in our revenue cycle by entering healthcare claims data with precision and speed. Your work will support the timely processing of claims, reinforcing our mission to deliver high-quality care management services and ensure the financial health of our organization.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Montego Bay, Jamaica. All necessary equipment is provided. You’ll work in a modern, collaborative office environment with a supportive team dedicated to excellence and innovation in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities 

• Accurately enter patient, provider, and insurance data into claims processing systems 
• Review medical claims for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established standards 
• Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in claims documentation 
• Maintain a high level of productivity while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality 
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams to ensure proper claims handling 
• Respond to internal inquiries regarding claim statuses and processing issues 
• Follow up on pending or denied claims as needed 
• Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant U.S. healthcare regulations 

Qualifications 

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in medical billing a plus 
• 1+ year of experience in medical claims entry, billing, or a related healthcare administrative role preferred 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy 
• Excellent typing speed and data entry skills 
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare system, insurance terminology, and claims processing preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems 
• Strong organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information 
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
