Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical sourcing and fulfilment organization serving an international partner customer base. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking to add an experienced professional to their Barbados-based team.

Overview: Our client is a rapidly growing pharmaceutical sourcing and fulfilment organization serving an international partner customer base. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking to add an experienced professional to their Barbados-based team.

The successful applicant will oversee prescription fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely filling by liaising with customer representatives and pharmacies. Monitor customer behavior, select pharmacies, analyze data for claim reports, and ensure quality assurance.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  •  Communicate with customer representatives and pharmacies.
  • Track and analyze customer behavior.
  • Select and maintain a database of preferred pharmacies.
  • Generate and analyze claim reports.
  • Ensure quality assurance of prescriptions.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Understanding of healthcare and pharmacy operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, pharmacy, or related field would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy Wire (or any other Pharmacy prescription software) preferred.
