To continue serving the Caribbean out of our Barbados office, we are seeking the following professional to join our dynamic and innovative team:

• Intermediate Civil Engineer – Applicants should hold a strong first degree in Civil Engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer with 5–10 years of experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven capability in civil engineering design and structural analysis, with the ability to multitask across civil, structural, and environmental projects. Experience should include stormwater/drainage systems, pavement design, water and wastewater systems, and technical report writing. Regional experience and familiarity with British/EU and U.S. design standards would be an asset.

This role involves managing and delivering diverse projects, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating on multidisciplinary teams. Applicants should have strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, and be capable of working independently or as part of a team.
