Cal’s Manufacturing Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to provide executive leadership across our manufacturing and operational functions. This is a senior executive opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing manufacturing organization. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors, the COO will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into operational excellence, driving efficiency, quality, safety, and sustainable growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Lead and optimize all manufacturing, supply chain, and operational activities
• Drive operational strategy, performance improvement, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
• Provide clear operational reporting and insights to the CEO and Board
• Build and lead a high-performance management and plant leadership team

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 10+ years’ senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
