Chief Financial Officer

Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organisation’s financial strategy, governance, and overall fiscal performance within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial strategy, planning, and long-term sustainability initiatives

- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and Board

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance

- Manage revenue cycle including billing, insurance claims, and collections

- Ensure compliance with Barbados statutory, tax, and healthcare regulations

- Strengthen internal controls, audits, and risk management processes

- Drive cost control and operational efficiency initiatives

- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team

Requirements

- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

- Professional designation (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) required

- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in senior financial leadership roles

- Experience in healthcare or medical services environment preferred

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance frameworks

- Familiarity with Barbados tax, NIS, and regulatory requirements
