Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic Insight: 

Provide insights and recommendations to shareholders, the Managing Director, executive management, and the Board on current business activities and the financial implication of strategic objectives.

• Compliance Expertise: 

Adhere to Statutory requirements in every country where we operate, International Financial Reporting Standards, and relevant Anti-Corruption and Bribery regulations.

• Performance Analysis: 

Report on financial performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and make recommendations.

• Financial Oversight: 

Manage all accounting, finance, and treasury activities, including financial reporting, budgets, cash flow, loans, audits, and payroll.

• Operational Efficiency: 

Review and streamline processes, optimize the ERP systems, and reinforce where necessary, internal controls for financial integrity.

• Stakeholder Relations: 

Maintain strong relationships with banking partners, vendors, and customers to uphold TOSL's reputation for excellence.

Your Qualifications:

• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CFA, CIMA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent.
• Master of Business Administration or executive qualification in Business Management (an asset).
• Minimum 10 years experience in CFO or related management roles.
• Proficiency in ERP/financial management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership, risk assessment, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in capital and project financing, regional or international business, and mergers & acquisitions.
• Experience in technology implementation for finance is considered an asset.
