Chief Accountant

Contribute to business growth by overseeing all accounting operations , ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and robust financial controls.

1. Lead the accounting team by planning, directing and coordinating operational activities, in keeping with established accounting standards.

1. Collaborate with the management team to discuss, agree and execute strategies aligned with the company’s strategic plan.

1. Prepare Financial Statements for external reporting purposes to include regulatory and tax returns.

1. Prepare reports to reflect the company’s performance, including Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.

1. Review and update accounting processes and procedures that reflect current standards and ensure the team is adequately trained to ensure accurate accounting records.

Qualifications & Experience

• MSc. Accounting, A.C.C.A or C.P.A. Designation
• Minimum five (5) years in a similar role
• Demonstrated knowledge of Geneal Accepted International Financial Reporting Standards(IFRS)
• Proficiency  in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent leadership, people management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
