We're looking for a Chef De Partie to join the team!

Upscale dining restaurant located in Kingston & St. Andrew

What you’ll do

• Execute dishes to spec with speed, consistency, and care

• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and station organization

• Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen team

• Handle prep, service, and closing duties efficiently

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Line Chef or Chef de Partie for minimum 2 years

• Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen flow

• Ability to work under pressure during busy service

• Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented attitude

• Skills trained/ qualifications preferred
