Requirements

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a Chat Agent and 6 months in BPO customer service.
  • Personality: A gamer with an interactive personality and a positive attitude.
  • Commitment: A strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and punctuality.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work a 24/7 shift schedule.

 Skills

  • Attention to detail
  • Good grammar 
  • Typing speed atleast 30-35 
  • Chat experience is ideal 
  • Some vehicle knowledge would be an asset
  • Punctual
  • Flexible schedule
  • No job hoppers (6 months or more staying steady in a job)
  • Customer Service 
  • Able to multi-task
  • A passion for gaming could be a plus
