Captain ATR

The incumbent is responsible for the safe operation of the ATR aircraft in accordance with the Company’s Operating Manuals and for effecting all reasonably possible economies on each flight to which the person is assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Captain, ATR, will report to the Fleet Manager, ATR.  The incumbent is responsible for the safe operation of the ATR aircraft in accordance with the Company’s Operating Manuals and for effecting all reasonably possible economies on each flight to which the person assigned.  Your engagement with the Airline will be for a fixed term, on contract basis.

ELIGIBILITY & PERSON SPECIFICATION:

1. You must have a valid Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) from TTCAA (an ICAO Contracting State).   
2. A degree in Airline/Airport Management, Aerospace Technology or Aeronautical Science would be an asset;
3. Minimum 3000 hrs to include 1000 hrs P1/P1 U/S;
4. Light (<12,500 lbs) max 500 hours towards total and P1/P1 U/S requirement max 500 hrs P3 towards total requirement;
5. Valid Instrument Rating;
6. Valid medical assessment in accordance with the requirements of the TTCAA. Such assessments shall not be valid for more than twelve (12) months; and

 In order to complete your application, you must attach the following:

1.          Evidence that you are the holder of an ICAO Class 1 Medical (current);

2.         Evidence that you are the holder of an ICAO ATPL;

3.         Evidence that you are the holder of a current TTCAA or ECCAA-issued Commercial Pilot’s License OR a current Commercial Pilots License issued by FAA or another Aviation Authority (any aircraft type).

4.         Evidence of your last recurrent check which must not exceed six months

5.         Picture of the last page of your Pilot Log Book

6.         Picture page of your Passport

You must have a strong customer service orientation, work independently within clearly defined guidelines and standard operating procedures, and have excellent communication, risk management and problem-solving skills.
