Job Responsibilities:

• Candidate database: Assist creating, categorizing, and updating profiles.
• Continuously update database and liaise with candidates on offering support, queries or concerns
• Conduct reference checks as required.
• Screening, profiling, and pooling candidates.
• Support in reviewing candidate main email as well as and navigating responses to candidates.
• Provide registration, documentation, and client submission in Talent outreach and management programs.
• Support for job fairs and external outreach programs both in person and on line
• Support on Marketing initiative to build Database
• Provide receptionist support and operate the phone systems when required.
• Support on client outsourced assignments and other service projects in pipeline.
