🎯Role Overview
We are looking for sales-oriented, voice-trained agents who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about music and audio technologies. This role combines customer interaction, technical understanding, and sales support in a fast-paced environment.
✅Must-Have Qualifications
- Have sales experience
- Be voice-trained with prior experience in voice support
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Speak fluent, standard English with a professional and polite tone
- Have knowledge or experience in IoT, remote management, or software backend systems
- Be detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and follow-up skills
- Stay up to date with music trends and streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
- Be a fast learner, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
✨Nice to have
- Have experience managing or using audio hardware (speakers, PA systems, amplifiers)
- Be familiar with tools like Salesforce
- Be comfortable reading scripts and basic codes

- Handle customer interactions and support inquiries via voice channels
- Support sales efforts by engaging customers and identifying opportunities
- Assist with troubleshooting or guiding clients on audio and streaming solutions
- Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems
- Provide professional and polite responses at all times
- Ensure proper monitoring, maintenance tracking, and oversight of client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or service-related issues
